Since 1981, Berlin EMS has been providing caring, compassionate medical transportation to the City of Berlin and northern New Hampshire. Berlin EMS was founded by the Dubey family with the simple idea that patient experience is everything. Human Resources
Our Human Resources Department handles recruitment and staffing, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and payroll.
Operations
The Director of Operations is responsible for ensuring crews are following policy, procedures and providing the best service to our customers.
Education
We offer in house training for EMR, EMT-B, Paramedic refresher, CPR training, and a Dispatch Academy.
Accounting
Our Billing Department is trained in all aspects of insurance and patient verification as well as billing and collections.
Communications
Our state of the art communications center is staffed 24/7 to meet all of your transportation needs.
Logistics
Being prepared with the right equipment & supplies is critical to proper response and care. Our industry leading logistics deliver proactive management, stocking, and distribution completely and accurately.
Marketing
Obtaining new business, working with current customers, arranging standby events, and employee appreciation activities, our Marketing department is always busy.
